Skeleton is a magical cosmic skeleton and the fourth child of the Father of None.
Nobody knows what his original skeleton looked like.
That question is almost meaningless anyway.
Skeleton can manipulate bones on a physical, magical, spiritual, and conceptual level. If a being possesses a skeletal framework, Skeleton can potentially perceive it as part of his domain.
Humans.
Animals.
Demons.
Pale Giants.
Per-Nixens.
Naiz-Thros.
Alien species.
Even certain cosmic organisms possessing structures analogous to bones.
To Skeleton, they’re all frameworks.
And frameworks can be rewritten.
🦴 Cosmic Bone Manipulation
Skeleton can manipulate his own bones and external skeletal structures with extraordinary precision.
He can:
Move individual bones telekinetically.
Reshape his skeleton.
Grow additional limbs.
Create armor from his own bones.
Transform bones into weapons.
Reconstruct destroyed portions of his body.
Create enormous skeletal constructs.
Manipulate bones from living beings.
Fuse compatible bones into his own skeleton.
Rearrange his skeletal structure instantly.
Create temporary skeletal bodies.
Control detached bones remotely.
But his most terrifying ability is Skeletal Assimilation.
Skeletal Assimilation
If Skeleton encounters a humanoid possessing bones, he can potentially pull those bones from their original skeletal structure and incorporate them into himself.
He doesn’t merely collect bones.
He adds their structural properties to himself.
For example, if Skeleton assimilated:
Human bones
He gains a conventional humanoid skeletal framework.
Pale Giant bones
His body could incorporate their enormous astral durability and cosmic structural properties.
Per-Nixen bones
This is where things become ridiculous.
Per-Nixen Aetherite Bone isn’t ordinary biological material. Skeleton could potentially integrate its magical properties into his own framework, allowing his skeleton to become increasingly resistant to magical and dimensional forces.
Naiz-Thros bones
Their unique internal structure could give him entirely different forms of resilience and energy conduction.
And the strangest part?
He Doesn’t Need to Keep the Original Shape
Skeleton can combine different skeletal architectures.
One arm could possess the structural characteristics of a Pale Giant.
Another could incorporate Per-Nixen Aetherite Bone.
His spine could contain several different cosmic skeletal systems.
His rib cage could expand into an enormous protective framework.
He essentially becomes a living cosmic museum of skeletal evolution.

Skeleton’s body remembers every skeletal structure he has ever assimilated.
He can reconstruct them whenever he wants.
Meaning his body effectively functions as a gigantic biological/magical archive.
He could say:
**“I’ve had this one before.”
And suddenly his arm changes into the skeletal structure of some extinct cosmic species.
Skeletal Creation
Skeleton can also work in reverse.
Instead of taking existing bones, he can create skeletal structures from magical energy.
He can construct:
Skeleton soldiers
Giant skeletal beasts
Cosmic dragons
Astral skeletons
Bone weapons
Massive skeletal fortresses
Temporary skeletal replicas of creatures
At his highest level, he could theoretically construct a skeletal framework large enough to surround a planet or larger cosmic body.
Conceptual Skeleton
This is where Skeleton becomes genuinely terrifying.
He eventually discovered that almost everything has some kind of framework.
Not necessarily literal bones.
A structure.
A pattern.
A supporting architecture.
And Skeleton can perceive those structures.
So his abilities can extend beyond biology.
He can manipulate the structural framework of magical constructs, dimensional organisms, and certain cosmic entities.
He doesn’t necessarily control their entire existence.
He controls what they’re built around.
Dr. Max would probably describe it as:
“Skeleton doesn’t manipulate bones. Bones are simply the language through which he learned to manipulate structure.”
💀 Personality
Despite having one of the most horrifying abilities in the family…
Skeleton himself is surprisingly chill.
He’s quiet.
Deadpan.
Extremely literal.
And he has absolutely zero embarrassment about his name.
Someone:
“What’s your name?”
Skeleton:
“Skeleton.”
“That’s your species.”
“It’s also my name.”
“Do you have another name?”
“No.”
“Why?”
“Skeleton.”
The other Children of None have probably given up trying.
👨‍👧‍👦 Relationship With His Siblings
Skeleton actually gets along extremely well with the other Children of None.
The Queen of Chaos constantly makes jokes about him being “all bones.”
Skeleton never reacts.
Echo once asked:
“Do you ever get tired of people making skeleton jokes?”
Skeleton:
“No.”
Echo:
“Why?”
Skeleton:
“Because they’re usually accurate.”
The entire room went silent.
Even the Father of None probably paused for half a second.
The Father of None and Skeleton
The Father doesn’t treat Skeleton as a weapon.
That’s important.
Skeleton could potentially become an absolutely horrifying cosmic force if he used his abilities purely for conquest.
But that’s not what he wants.
He sees bones as structure, not trophies.
His father understands this.
And when Skeleton once asked:
“Why did you name me Skeleton?”
The Father of None answered:
“Because you already were.”
Skeleton accepted this without another question.
That is probably the most Father-of-None answer imaginable.
Ultimate Ability — The Infinite Ossuary
Skeleton’s highest state is known as the Infinite Ossuary.
His body expands into a colossal cosmic skeletal architecture containing countless skeletal frameworks from beings across existence.
Every bone becomes a potential weapon.
Every structure becomes a potential template.
Every skeleton he has ever encountered becomes part of his internal archive.
At this point, Skeleton isn’t merely a skeleton.
He becomes the embodiment of the principle:
“Everything that has structure can be reconstructed.”
And there’s a beautiful thematic contrast here:
The Father of None represents what remains when existence is removed.
Skeleton represents the framework that remains after everything else is stripped away.
So while his father is Nothing…
Skeleton is arguably the shape left behind by Nothing.
