Hi! I'm a software developer / system administrator for my current company. I've been mostly applying to mid-level postings for dev ops, sysadmin, and developer roles in the US. We're moving to VA in January, so I've mostly been applying for companies that are remote, or onsite/hybrid down there. I rewrote my previous resume, and I'm looking for some tips. I haven't gotten many callbacks at all. I'd appreciate some feedback! Thanks guys!
