Hop 2 onwards are all dropping.. is it me?

Hi all, not too familiar with networking tools but over the last year my internet has been randomly dropping connection, regardless of wifi or wired across all devices in the house. I've called my ISP and they're denying any issues on their end. Not pictured in these tests, I've also had my ping hit around 2000 across all hops. Streaming isn't affected since the drops usually last anywhere from 5 – 60 seconds. Any online gaming is interrupted immediately.
