Where domain hunters compare notes

Looking for a homepage/dashboard that isn’t overkill

I’m looking for a homepage/dashboard but I feel like I’m overthinking it because there are so many options.

My setup is pretty simple:

  • 4-bay Synology NAS
  • Mini PC running Linux Server
  • Plex
  • Sonarr / Radarr / Overseerr
  • SABnzbd / qBittorrent
  • Pi-hole for DNS/ad blocking
  • Authentik + Nginx for my subdomains
  • Home Assistant for smart home stuff

Basically, my setup is primarily media + smart home with some networking stuff. I'm not looking for anything super complicated with a bunch of charts, graphs, metrics, or whatever. I mostly just want a clean "control center" so that i can open up chrome and see like all my apps, storage of my nas, server info (CPU, temperature, storage, uptime, etc.), weather, calendar, maybe pi-hole stats, rss/news feed, subreddits, and maybe some useful information pulled directly from my apps (Plex, Sonarr, Radarr, etc.).

I just want something that is cool and sleek but easy to use. I’ve heard good things about Homepage and Homarr and I recently discovered Glance, which looks really slick and seems like it might be exactly what I’m after. I’ve also seen people recommend Dashy, Flame, etc. At this point I’m just getting overwhelmed by the options lol.

I’m also not particularly knowledgeable when it comes to coding/homelab stuff. I’ve gotten this far with a lot of help from ChatGPT, and honestly I have no idea how people were doing this shit before AI.

I’m at the point where my setup and automation are working exactly how I want them to. I just want a nice dashboard/control center to tie everything together and finally call the homelab done.
