We have some devices that are stuck with an older license pack and did not pick up the new licenses purchased. It seems they are showing as offline on the server but are turned on and pingable from the server/server is pingable via ip from them. UMS 12.10.100, OS is 12.8.1. DNS set up already. Any ideas?
