PS4 permanently on black screen after reloading backup.

I thought I had the DNS setup but apparently I did not and Vue updated before I could stop it. So I went to find my Vue file backup, but I loaded the wrong backup and loaded the backup of the PS4 I made before I homebrewed the PS4.

I leave the PS4 on and I go back and grab the correct backup file, only to come back to a no signal screen on the TV. I turned off the console by holding the power button, and then when I tried to turn it back on I heard a thunk. Turning it off and and turning it back on again, I heard the three beeps. I've tried different HDMI cables and monitors, I've tried power draining into safe mode, it's still a black screen.
