First dynasty year, big trade need opinions

Go offered Ladd, skat, and tet for chase and etn… ik at face value it’s not much, but i was looking to build a younger team because frankly im not gonna win this year and I know it. I have my 27 1st round pick so i could aim to get smith this upcoming year. Thoughts? I might be able to get him to throw in his 28 1st rounder as well.
