Connection error “There was no response from the game server”

I've tried every solution I could find, dns flush, tinkering firewall settings, disabling firewall, set the DNS to the same of the tutorials, reinstalling the game, but it keeps happening all of the time. I can't even enter the match, anyone have any idea how to fix it?
