Please help – Steam fatal error, needs to be online To Update

Hi to everyone

I've these steam fatal error and I can't open it

I try a lot of solution, but no one resolve it

I try to check date and time, desable firewall and windows defender, i try to flush dns, try to unistall and reinstall even in other folder

But no one resolve it. Do you have any solution?
