Pixel 10 pro + Moto Tag 2 pairing popup doesn’t show

• I have Google Find Hub installed and updated
• moto tag installed (although it doesn't do anything)
• nearby device scanning on
• enabled accurate location positioning
• notifications on
• no VPN or DNS filter
• bluetooth + Wifi + cellular on
• latest stable: Android version + latest Google Play System update
• cleared app cache for Google Find Hub and Play Store
• tried manual device scanning + manually resetting the Moto Tag 2
• tried manual device adding in Google Find Hub
• even did a phone reset and restart

Moto Tag 2 just doesn't trigger the pairing popup with Pixel 10 pro no matter what

This does work on samsung phones, even 2-3 year old ones, but not Pixel 10 pro

At this point it must be a software fault, as many others have reported this:
