My desync problem has gotten significantly worse! Can anyone help/Is anyone experiencing the same thing?

Is there anything I can do about the desync and how others can see me through walls (not a right hand peek either, I should be fully covered)? I use a physical ethernet, my internet speed is high (700 mbps), consistent, and my ping is always around 31-32 or even below that. However, I keep getting shot through rocks, edited walls that aren't even there, shot in the "head" despite me actively jumping over them (they're still looking straight), etc. etc. etc.

Is there anything I can do to help myself, like a NAT type switch or DNS switch, or something, anything? This ruins Fortnite for me and it's gotten so much worse, it's borderline unplayable unless I just flat-out avoid gunplay.
