LEVIATHAN RACE — FULL DESCRIPTION

I just wanted to make a race concept. I know this won't be added, but I wanted to share my ideas.

A race born from the deepest reaches of the ocean. Those who become one with the Leviathan gain authority over the depths, eventually becoming feared by even the greatest creatures of the sea.

V1 — ONE WITH THE LEVIATHAN

Requirements

To become one with the Leviathan:

1. Defeat the real Leviathan boss 3 times.
2. Transport each Leviathan Heart to 3 different locations.
3. Take a sample from each Heart.
4. Combine the samples into a Leviathan Potion.
5. Do NOT drink the potion yet. Drinking it early makes you lose it and resets your progress. The potion is storable.
6. Complete the 5 Leviathan Trials. Just like Draco race, the trials will be located at Frozen Dimension in a secret cave that only opens when you complete the first 5 steps. Each trial involves you going through 5 stages of sea events, starting with Piranhas, to Fishman Warriors, to Ship Raids, to 3 Sea Beasts, to a Terror Shark, and then the final one being a Leviathan. Don't worry, this Leviathan has 100k HP.

When you complete a trial, you must talk to the Scientist, where he will do more experiments on you, but each won't work. You don't know why yet. The Scientist urges you to continue if you want to perfect this art and body of the Leviathan, meaning you will have to kill 5 Leviathans, but it's not the raid boss. It's the trial version. I know this is rage bait, but I just want it to be harder.

On the 5th time/trial, it finally works, and then you are allowed to go onto the next stage.

1. You must fight a Leviathan and attack it, but once it is low, use Phoenix to heal the Leviathan once it falls below 50,000 HP. It won't work if it isn't below that health. You must heal it to 70k HP. Not recommended to do this with people who want to kill it. The Leviathan may also attack you, so use the transformation for flight while you do this.
2. The Leviathan respects you and honors you, but before you can unlock its secrets, it brings you to a special place.
3. Get teleported to the Leviathan Domain.
4. The Leviathan grants you its authority.
5. Now you can drink the potion and unlock Leviathan V1.

Appearance

• Leviathan-like head
• Horns
• Aquatic features

Buffs

• Water Immunity: Take no damage from water.
• 2× Water Speed: Move twice as fast in water.

V2 — THE LEVIATHAN'S STRENGTH

Requirements

• Obtain 2 additional Leviathan Hearts. (I don't know if you can have 2 at a time.)
• Bring both Hearts to Tiki.
• Obtain 10 Terror Eyes and 1 Monster Magnet.
• Talk to the Scientist NPC for the quest line. Do 5 Shark V4 trials. I don't know if you can do one if you already have maxed Shark V4. If not, you must max out Sharkman Karate and kill 20 Sea Beasts. Also kill 5 players in/or above water, meaning you can fight someone on a boat or if they are in the air but are above water.

When completed, he will have the right subject, you, worthy enough to become the perfect embodiment of the Leviathan. The Scientist will then merge the Leviathan DNA with you, unlocking Leviathan V2.

Appearance

• Shining scales
• Glowing blue eyes
• Larger horns
• Glowing structures/scales along your back

Buffs

• Keeps Water Immunity
• Keeps 2× Water Speed
• +1500 energy
• +1000 health
• 15% Damage Reduction
• Sharks will not attack you because of fear.
• Sharkman Karate and Shark Anchor gain lifesteal capabilities.

V3 — HE WHO HAS RUPTURED BELOW

Appearance

• Long Leviathan tail
• Slight height increase
• Glowing blue eyes
• Shining scales
• New idle animation:
  • Arms crossed
  • Mystical dark-blue aura surrounding you
  • Tail curled in front of you

He Who Has Ruptured Below

Passive

• 20% Damage Reduction

Sea Dominance

• 35% damage resistance against the Leviathan and all other Sea Events.
• Increased chances of encountering the real Leviathan boss while the race is equipped:
  • +25% Leviathan encounter chance

Keeps all previous race buffs.

V3 Ability — CALL OF THE DEPTHS

The Leviathan releases a shockwave. Not Conqueror's Haki.

Against Terror Sharks

• Deals 5,000 damage
• 5-second stun

Against Players

• Causes a dizzy/distorted screen
• Creates a ringing sound
• Slows the player

Against the Real Leviathan

At V4, Call of the Depths gains a special passive allowing it to affect Leviathans.

• 25,000 damage
• 5-second stun

The real Leviathan has 1,000,000 HP, so the increased damage makes the ability meaningful against it.

V3 Dash — ABYSSAL SHOCKWAVE

Every dash releases a water shockwave that can stun players.

V4 — ABYSSAL ASCENSION

V4 is not the end of the progression. Unlocking V4 initially gives you its passives, while the major active moves must be unlocked separately.

V4 Title

Permanent Passive — LEVIATHAN'S SPEED

Even when V4 is not activated:

3.5× Water Speed

This replaces the previous 2× water-speed bonus.

V4 Transformation

When V4 is activated:

• Glowing blue eyes
• Intensely glowing scales
• Large Leviathan horns
• Long Leviathan tail
• Water rings orbit your body
• Dark-blue mystical aura
• Leviathan energy/spectral effects
• Water particles surrounding you
• Basic attacks, such as your fighting style and fruit abilities, gain a water VFX to them. You can toggle this off in settings.

Idle Animation

You keep the V3 idle animation:

• Arms crossed
• Dark-blue mystical aura
• Tail curled in front

The V4 water rings and additional effects are layered onto it.

V4 PASSIVE — ABYSSAL RETRIBUTION

Whenever you are attacked:

15% chance to automatically counterattack

Works against:

• Players
• NPCs

When it activates against a player:

• Their screen darkens
• A Leviathan symbol appears
• "You shouldn't have crossed that path."

Then the counterattack occurs.

V4 MOVE — RECKONING

Your awakened attacks gain powerful water-style VFX, giving your attacks a distinctly Leviathan-themed appearance.

V4 MOVE — WATER DRAGONS

Activation

Press M.

Multiple water dragons emerge around the Leviathan.

Targeting Mode

If a player is close enough:

• The dragons automatically track them.
• Their eyes glow bright red.
• They chase their target and attack.

AOE Mode

If there is no nearby target:

• The dragons don't auto-track.
• They fly around and randomly crash into the ground.
• Their impacts create a water shower/AOE around you.

Observation Haki

Water Dragons are Ken-trickable, but they have a chance to bypass Observation Haki.

V4 MOVE — TSUNAMI

Every 5 seconds, a massive tsunami shoots outward in all directions. This happens 5 times and then goes on a 30-second cooldown.

Upgraded

• Tsunami occurs every 3 seconds.
• Occurs 6 times now for a 30-second cooldown still.

V4 MOVE — ATLANTIS

Creates a huge water domain that follows the Leviathan user.

Atlantis becomes more effective when used in actual water.

Effects on Players

Players inside Atlantis:

• Lose stamina
• Cannot use flight moves
• -5% Damage Reduction
• Reduced damage
• 15% slow

Upgraded Atlantis

• 30% slow
• Fish trap chance becomes 40%
• Fish can trigger every 3 seconds
• Trapped players are held for 1.5 seconds

Normal Atlantis

• 20% fish trap chance
• Every 5 seconds
• 2-second trap

Players can still Sky Jump out of Atlantis.

Atlantis Fish

The fish swimming inside Atlantis have two possible roles:

Hostile fish:

• Can trap opponents for 2 seconds.

Friendly fish:

• Have a chance to heal the Leviathan user.

V4 MOVE — RUMBLING WATERS

A special 10M Bounty ability.

Requirement

10,000,000 Bounty

Location Requirement

Can only be activated:

• In the ocean, or
• On an island with water directly beside you.

It cannot be used far inland with no nearby water.

Effect

The surrounding water begins violently rumbling and a Sea Beast emerges.

The Sea Beast:

• Attacks players
• Attacks NPCs
• Has 20% more HP
• Deals 10% more damage
• Has worse aim to keep it balanced

10M MOVE — LEVIATHAN SUMMON

The 10M Bounty move also has a:

30% chance to summon a Leviathan

This is not the real 1M-HP Leviathan boss.

The summoned Leviathan has:

50,000 HP

The real Leviathan boss has:

1,000,000 HP

SHARK VS LEVIATHAN

Leviathan has several unique interactions with the Shark race.

Shark V3 Cancellation

When a Shark V3 user activates their V3 against a Leviathan user, the Leviathan has a chance to cancel it.

The Leviathan says:

"Your pitiful moves don't work against me."

Shark V4 Whirlpool

Originally, Shark V4's Whirlpool would not affect Leviathan users.

For balance, this is changed to:

Leviathan users are slowed by 20–25%.

They aren't completely immune, but the Whirlpool doesn't shut down their water mobility.

Shark V4 Finisher

If a Leviathan V4 defeats a Shark V4, a special line plays:

"You are a false king."

The Leviathan then finishes the attack.

TERROR SHARK FEAR

When a player has the Leviathan race equipped:

35% chance

A Terror Shark will simply flee instead of fighting. This could be bad if you want to fight one, so you can toggle this off in settings.

This works alongside the V2 effect where normal Sharks already avoid Leviathan users.

LEVIATHAN ENCOUNTER BONUS

While the Leviathan race is equipped:

+25% chance for the Frozen Dimension to spawn/appear.

This is separate from the 10M Bounty move's 30% summoned-Leviathan chance.

LEVIATHAN HAKI COLOUR

Leviathan users can unlock a unique Haki colour from the Leviathan Gacha.

Abyssal Azure

The colour continuously cycles through:

Whitish Blue → Light Blue → Darkish Blue → Dark Sapphire → Admiral Blue → Azure → Light Blue → Whitish Blue

Cycle

The entire colour progression takes 4 seconds, then repeats.

So it continuously flows:

Whitish Blue → Light Blue → Dark Blue → Dark Sapphire → Admiral Blue → Azure → Light Blue → Whitish Blue → Repeat

FULL V4 AWAKENING

Unlocking V4 doesn't automatically unlock all of its moves.

You initially gain the V4 transformation and its passive abilities.

The advanced moves must be unlocked separately.

To achieve full awakening, you must repeatedly return to the Leviathan Domain and complete the same 10 trials again and again.

For each trial, you need:

• 1 Leviathan kill
• The Hearts
• Samples from those Hearts
• Then complete the trial

So one complete set of five trials requires:

10 Leviathan kills

And you repeat the process until the Leviathan finally recognizes you as fully awakened.

LEVIATHAN TRIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Whenever a player completes one of the V4 trials, the server receives:

"(PlayerName) has defied the rules of the depths."

Which makes every successful trial feel like a legendary event.

FINAL LEVIATHAN RACE IDENTITY

Leviathan

The ultimate oceanic race.

It sits above Draco in the race hierarchy, but its strength is heavily centered around the sea.

It specializes in:

• Ocean mobility
• Leviathan encounters
• Sea creature dominance
• Area control
• Damage resistance
• Summoning aquatic creatures
• Counterattacks
• Endgame bounty abilities
• Extremely difficult progression
