[0 YoE, New Grad, IT Infrastructure Analyst, Canada]

I'm looking to leverage my internship experience for junior/entry roles in IT support, administration, etc. The target role in the title is just an example as these roles have many names.

I'm in southern Ontario and applying nation-wide. I literally don't care where the job is as long as it's in Canada. I try to let recruiters know that I don't need relocation assistance but there's only so much you can say through a portal.

I've been actively applying for the past 4-6 weeks and am ~50 applications deep. I use this resume for IT roles and a different one for software engineering roles as I have many projects related to that field. Anyways, I HAVE GOTTEN ZERO CALLBACKS. I have a few questions.

1. Can someone gauge my overall resume formatting? Is the readability good? How about space efficiency? Are there better formats out there anyone can share?

2. My projects section has both networking and dev stuff. Do you recommend I start working on new projects more related to enterprise IT stuff instead? Are my current projects hurting me?

3. For 0-1 YoE, how are my certs looking? I've heard of the CompTIA trifecta but is it worth attaining all three even before my first full-time junior IT role? I've also heard of the recruiter stigma towards candidates with tons of certs and no experience, so surely there's a point where I should stop?

Overall, I've been getting no callbacks for both soft. eng and IT roles but I'm nonetheless wondering which I'll have a better chance of landing given my background. Also, I'm sure theres tons of issues on here that I'm overlooking so fire away! I appreciate any and all feedback, thanks in advance!!!
