Where domain hunters compare notes

Would using DNS exploit for mystery gifts go against Nuzlocke rules? Specifically to obtain gift Zorua and the TM Snarl in Pokémon Black?

Doing a Black HC runthrough and had this question. I have 2 consoles and both a copy of Black and Soul Silver. Obviously mythicals and legendaries would be off the table.
