Do you check a domain’s history before buying it?

Infoblox Threat Intel says around 65,000 dropcatch domains are registered every day.

Expired domains can retain old backlinks, traffic and trust. That may add value, but it can also come with blacklist, spam or trademark problems.

Before bidding, I check the archive, backlinks, old DNS records and blacklist history. What do you normally check?
