thinkpad t14s gen 5 Engineering Sample arrived! max turbo and advanced BIOS, help appretiated

Was advertised as ultra 7 165u, it has a slower turbo max speed, but it shows as [unlocked] on hwinfo? XTU is not compatible since it's not a K chip

There is no advanced BIOS menu, maybe someone knows how to unlock it?

I payed a lot for shipping and taxes, coming from a t14 gen 3, I don't think it was worth it.
