I wanted to share a workflow setup I've been refining over the last few weeks to automate B2B prospect research and scoring.

The Problem:

Manually visiting lead websites, trying to guess company size, and drafting custom outreach emails was eating up 10+ hours a week.

The n8n Architecture:

1. Webhook Trigger: Receives domain or company name.
2. HTTP Request Node: Scrapes raw HTML / landing page text.
3. OpenAI GPT-4o Node: Parses structured data (JSON schema):
   • Company Summary
   • B2B Fit Score (0-100)
   • Buying Intent Signals
4. Notion Node: Creates or updates a structured CRM entry.
5. Slack/WhatsApp Node: Sends an instant alert if Score > 75.
