Hi, I’m trying to diagnose a strange networking issue.
The main page of a website won’t load on my desktop or laptop, but another section of the same website works normally.
I already tried different browsers, clearing cache, flushing DNS, reinstalling Windows, and my ISP even replaced my modem.
The strange part is that the site loads on my phone using the same Wi-Fi, but if I request the desktop version, it stops loading.
The same desktop version also fails on my laptop over Wi-Fi.
Could this point to an IPv4/IPv6, DNS, ISP routing, MTU, firewall, or IP reputation issue? What tests would you recommend to isolate the cause?
