So my hotspot isn't connecting to my playstation and I've got data to use. It's giving me an NAT type failed message when I run connection status. I cannot join calls on several sites and customer support has been absolutely no help- the AI just leads me in circles or makes me wait for 40 minutes like I just did.
I have tried changing the DNS from auto to manual and it made it worse. The T-Life app is continuously crashing but yet I can make phone calls and send texts perfectly fine on my phone. My mac lets me send texts but I cannot join calls. I've tried to restart all three devices, shut down the devices and placed them into airplane mode, reset the ghz from 5 to 2.5 and back to 5 and that seemed to speed it up a little and then it quit again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
