Gateway mDNS Proxy setting for Windows Cast / Connect

I know you can change the service scope for mDNS, but under the specific options I don't see Microsoft Cast / Connect as an option, what have poeple used?

I notice that some machines see the TV and others don't. I wonder with all the mDNS traffic on the WiFi airtime if its causing this to occur, which is why I want to know if anyone has setup a specific service scope for Windows cast / connect? (You get that when you press Windows Key + K).
