Voice recording works normally, but transcription fails

Dear iFLYTEK Support Team,

I am writing to report a persistent issue with my AINOTE 2. Voice recording works normally, but transcription fails every time with the message "Unknown error". No text is ever produced.

Device details:

– Serial Number: XFDXB311EF42000596

– Account: (Pro subscription, monthly plan, active)

– Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

– Transcription setting: Arabic to English (ar->en)

What happens:

When I start a recording, the audio captures correctly (timer and waveform run normally), but the transcription panel immediately shows "Unknown error" and no transcript appears. Screenshots are attached showing the error, my account status, and the device information screen.

Troubleshooting already completed, none of which resolved the issue:

1. Confirmed the device is connected to the internet (WiFi connected, IP assigned, other online features work)

2. Tested on a different network (mobile hotspot) to rule out firewall or DNS blocking

3. Logged out of my account, restarted the device, and logged back in

4. Checked for and installed all available firmware updates

5. Verified date, time, and timezone are set correctly

Given that the hardware records fine and my Pro subscription is active, this appears to be a server-side or account provisioning issue with the transcription service, possibly related to the Arabic engine or my region.

Could you please:

1. Check whether my account and serial number are correctly provisioned for cloud transcription, including Arabic

2. Confirm whether there are any known issues with the Arabic transcription or ar->en translation service

3. Advise on next steps to restore this feature

Transcription in Arabic is the primary reason I purchased this device and subscribed to Pro, so a prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated. I am happy to provide logs or run any diagnostics you need.
