Quantum Fiber says Fastly and Akamai transmission issues are not their fault.

TLDR, Quantum says Fastly and Akamai requests that are failing with TCP transmission issues are Steam's and Walmart's fault (…) . Works fine with VPN. What do I do to move forward on this? Impacts Steam and Walmart.

I'm in a bit of a pickle here. When using Quantum, both Fastly and akamai will fail a vast majority of the time with errors such as spurious retransmission, retransmissions, dupe ack, etc. This causes sites like Steam and Walmart to either not return, or take about two minutes to finally get content.

While 90% of the time there are errors, sometimes the requests go through.

If I take the exact same request to the CDN with a VPN (by IP or verifying ip maps to dns), there are no issues.

I guess, my question is what can I do to move forward? I can use a VPN, but I get about half my bandwidth.
