I'm on a free plan and starting my first newsletter. I've setup a custom domain. It's a local news and events newsletter. I'm getting ready to start to promote it, but my friend never received a double-opt in email. I've tested a couple emails myself, and it worked fine. I'm not sure if this is a larger problem, or a one-off.
Suggestions?
- How do I go about troubleshooting? Possible I misconfigured a dns setting in my custom domain?
- Do you all suggest the double opt-in? It's been a while since I've worked in publishing, but I recall that being a good practice for quality lists.
