Do pro games snowball too easily?

I don’t watch DNS every week but does it feel to anyone else like most games are decided in the first 10-15 minutes? I can’t remember an actual comeback in a recent game. Happy to be wrong here. It does seem like the talent spread is very top heavy for 1 or 2 teams per region?
