Browsers not working

My computer for the last few days has been giving me and error when I search stuff on chrome, opera, and edge. It lasts a few minutes then goes away. Other apps also freeze up, but my phone has 300 download while my computer is frozen. I've factory reseted it and it's still happening. Also it randomly showed me a gray/white pixelated line out of nowhere then my monitor said "out of range", after a few seconds my computer went back on normally. (sorry about picture quality)
