Be brutally honest about my resume. Only got one interview in 3 months and it was for a glorified retail job that required 3 years of IT experience.

Could I be getting held back by my location? I applied to most of the jobs in my area that I feel qualified for, but it’s not a tech-heavy city in the first place. Maybe I can try an experiment where I apply to jobs in higher populated areas and see where I go.

PS: For those working in the school IT system, how long did it take for you to get a call back?
