http error 529

so I had this problem maybe like 9 months ago and it persisted for a few weeks until I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it worked. yesterday I tried playing again just for the error to appear and no fix worked so far. these are the fixes I've tried:

flush DNS

request new dhcp

netsh reset thing in CMD

reinstall Roblox FULLY (clearing all Roblox files and reinstalling from roblox.com/download)

changed DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 and 1.1.1.1

restarted my laptop a gazillion time

updated everything in my laptop and cleared all unnecessary files and apps that may affect Roblox including fishstrap and bloxstrap

cleared all temp files and cache files including Google ones (I mainly just use the app rather than google web version)

restarted my router

I'm at a loss and I have no clue how to proceed. also I attached a pic of my laptop specs it's pretty old but it has worked for really long too

its been going on for the past 2 days and I can't even play Roblox

Roblox support doesn't help with these kinda errors too
