– Handle websites, domains, DNS, SMTP, and phone system setup.
– Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
– Set up new client accounts exactly as the customer requires.
– Configure pipelines, calendars, forms, and automations.
– Train customers on how to use the platform and ensure they're comfortable before handoff.
– Deliver a smooth, professional onboarding experience from start to finish.
