Where are the young expats/DNs?

I've been coming to BKK for years and mostly stayed around phrom phong, thonglor, ekkamai. Everywhere I go I mostly see expats 40+.

There must be some specific places where I can meet more people my age under 30? Sports, hobbies, bars, housing areas ?

Chiang Mai was so easy in comparison.
