How to recover missing ranked items?

This is going to be a long one so I added a TL;DR at the bottom for my actual question at the end.

So I’ve been playing cod since cod 4 and played every game since (except BO7 and I won’t). Used to compete locally and win tourneys and still have my T-shirts I won that still fit which is crazy. Anyways, mw3 was my last cod of grinding so I preordered it, got the monster 24 packs to get codes and was grinding ranked like a mad man (to the point my wife almost left me, which is sad but unfortunately true, I was doing nothing else and was unemployed at the time). So season one I made it to iridescent and this is still one of my greatest gaming achievements since I’m old, washed and reaction time isn’t what it used to be. Second season I think I only got to like gold before giving up on ranked due to all the cheaters, the disconnects causing SR loss etc. Anyways I re-downloaded the game a while back and don’t have my ranked rewards and thought it was just a visual bug or a sync error since I get that achievement sync error message (can’t remember the name of it now). But it’s been months now and I still don’t have my rewards, emblems or operator skins.

I raised a ticket with activision, but realised that I had changed my email to an old .com domain I used to own and no longer have access to. I only changed it in a panic back in like.. 2024 due to me redeeming the first monster code and it ended up on someone else’s account which I had never seen. I also still have that de-linking that account confirmation email.

TL;DR:
Has anyone else had the issue where your earned items , rank etc doesn’t show up after they did their update? If so, were you able to file a ticket and get them back or am I fucked? I remember some people not getting their ranked rewards back in the day and then filing a ticket. I’m unsure if they even provide support for the game anymore. Adding insult to injury this could just have been solved easily with the clips and screenshots of that time but the game is so fucking big so I deleted all my clips from all my games to make space for it. But surely my progress must be on their servers on some backup?
