My browsers lost their internet

Since yesterday all my Browsers (Helium, Chrome, Firefox) lost their internet access without any error message.

The wierd part is, everywhere else it is fine.

I testet curl and ping with tcp and icmp it all works fine even the dns.

I tested several dns settings inside the browsers, nothing works. The browsers can't even open direct ips, but curl can resolve domains. So it can't be dns.

I testet with firewall on and off. There are no proxies nor vpn either.

Every other app still has internet.

Wtf is happening?
