High Ping except Istanbul

Since September 18, 2026, I have suddenly been experiencing significantly higher ping in VALORANT on almost all European servers.

Normally:

• Frankfurt: around 8 ms → now around 80 ms
• London: around 20 ms → now around 90 ms
• Istanbul: still around 44 ms

My friends have normal ping on the same servers. My normal internet ping to Frankfurt is also still around 8 ms.

My ISP is Stadtwerke Pforzheim (SWP).

I have already reinstalled VALORANT and Vanguard, reset my network/DNS settings, tried different DNS servers, a VPN, and even a mobile hotspot. The problem still persists.

I also ran a traceroute, which showed the following route:

Frankfurt → Vienna → Türk Telekom → Turkey
