I’ve been exploring the real estate tech space lately and was curious about what apps/websites people here actually use for their property-related stuff.
We all know the usual big players like Realestate.com.au, Domain, Homely, etc., but I’m more interested in some of the newer or lesser-known apps and platforms that are popping up.
Could be anything you use for property searches, suburb research, investment, portfolio tracking, rentals, property management, valuations, finance, finding trades/services, or anything else related to real estate.
Would be really interested to hear what you guys are using, especially anything outside the usual big names.
