Hi guys!
So about a week ago I re-downloaded Skyrim for a modded playthrough.
But when I loaded up the game the “Creations” menu was greyed out.
I clicked on it and it took me to a “logging in” screen. Eventually it then came up with “couldn’t connect to Bethesda.net servers”
I clicked on the creations button again and it got past the logging in screen to the screen where it says trophies are disabled, then into the actual creations menu.
But all creations had no thumbnails just titles and spinning circles.
After about 5mins of being sat on this screen, it eventually came up again with the “couldn’t connect to Bethesda.net servers”
I have tried literally everything I think including:
Changing system language and back again
Re-downloading Skyrim
Fully deleting all saved data
Changing psn dns ports
Logging onto Bethesda account on my laptop and making sure my psn is linked with it
Various internet related troubleshooting that Bethesda support recommended.
Bethesda support were initially really quick at getting back but it’s been a week now without any follow up despite chasing.
I feel like I’ve tried everything but any help would be great
