Emergency Calls Only after update help s24 fe

I got the 8.5 UI update Monday night and it installed overnight while I slept. My phone was working perfectly fine Monday night. Tuesday morning I wake up, unlock it, and it's in Emergency Calls Only, but with 3 bars. No texts/calls/data. Wifi and Bluetooth only work. It stays like that for hours, then randomly fixes itself, then randomly goes back. It did that until Thursday when I went and got a physical SIM card from my carrier instead of the eSIM I had before, that fixed it ​until this morning (Friday).

I have- verified with my carrier that they're able to ping my phone, there's no tower outages/problems in my area (I confirmed this by checking the same make/model/carrier as my phone by having it next to my phone and other phone had full bars and 5g), they originally gave me a new eSIM and reinstalled it and had me try basic troubleshooting. They told me that a physical SIM would fix the issue so I got a physical SIM from one of my carriers stores.

They confirmed it's a Samsung issue from the 8.5 update. I'm in the US (MI) with at&t carrier Galaxy S24 FE. There has been 0 fall or water damage

I have tried:

Rebooting

Resetting mobile network settings

Leaving it in airplane mode for 10+ minutes

Re-seating the physical SIM card

Turning off/on the SIM in SIM manager

Turning off/on 5g and mobile data

Turning off my DNS

And making sure there wasn't another update

I cannot afford another phone or a repair bill right now. My phone isn't under warranty as it's past the 1year warranty period. Has anyone found a fix? Please help me. I use the phone to check the cameras on my disabled mom while I'm at work (no wifi at work)
