having a strange issue with Business Information / company logos in Google Ads and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing.
I use one Google Ads account with three different domains/campaigns for the same business.
On one domain, adttaxiservices.nl, Google correctly shows our company logo next to the sponsored ad.
However, on the other two domains, Google only shows the generic blue globe icon instead of the logo.
All websites use the same Google Ads account and are part of the same business. The logo is also clearly visible on the websites.
What confuses me is that the first domain can show the logo even when the business name itself is not displayed. So it doesn’t seem to be simply caused by a missing Business Name asset.
Has anyone dealt with this when advertising multiple domains from the same Google Ads account?
Does Google approve/associate Business Logo assets separately for each domain, or could advertiser verification be causing this?
Any advice on how to get the logo showing consistently across all domains would be appreciated.
