Help with resume

So I’ve been in IT for 3 & half years (I know it’s still early in my career) but I’m looking at moving on from my current company. I’ve progressed quick & I’ve always been able to adapt quickly.
My current job is paying me way below average & im getting to a point where I can hardly afford to wipe my ass.
I’ve been applying to hundreds of jobs, even willing to relocate.
Here is my resume, anything that I should change about this?
I live in the DMV, so I thought it’d be a bit easier to score one of the defense jobs with my clearance, but most of them require TS/SCI before hire. I haven’t had any luck finding a company that would sponsor that post-hire.
