A few weeks ago, we shared that Kodee was merged into Agent, unlocking a bunch of premium capabilities inside a single chat. Since then, we've gotten a lot of questions about how it actually works day to day, so here's the honest breakdown.
What Agent can do on its own
Agent isn't just answering questions, it takes action. Things that used to mean back-and-forth with support or digging through hPanel yourself, Agent can handle directly in the chat: diagnosing issues, running fixes, making DNS changes, and walking tasks through to completion.
You can switch between two modes using the mode selector next to the chat input, before sending a message. Agent mode: it gives you the premium capabilities, like file creation and scheduled jobs. Support mode gives you quick help with your account, hosting, and websites.
What happens when Agent needs a hand
When Agent hits something it can't fully solve, a human specialist steps in.
Around one in ten conversations goes beyond what the AI can confidently resolve alone. Instead of transferring the customer or risking a weak answer, a Customer Success specialist can step in when needed to add context and validate the response, while the same conversation continues.
Humans are always in the loop — 24/7
Our Customer Success team now includes AI CX Engineers – people who work behind the scenes to improve how Hostinger Agent responds to our clients. They help fine-tune responses and identify ways to make the experience better for customers using Hostinger Agent.
And to be clear: if you'd rather talk to a person directly, you can. Just ask for a specialist at any point in the chat. That works on every plan, in every market, around the clock. Nobody gets locked out of human support.
TL;DR: Agent now acts, not just answers. When it gets stuck, human engineers guide it (so it never gets stuck the same way twice). And a real human is always one message away, 24/7, no matter your plan.
