I'm using dnscheck.tools to test my DNS and while my OpenWrt https-dns-proxy setup with Quad9 did work for DoH, it doesn't seem like ECH is working.
I tried searching a bit and got scarce, conflicting information about ECH itself so I'm a bit confused here.
Does Quad9 support ECH?
