What is the problem?

I’ve had the game for a few months now and have never run into any problems before. My game tends to run much better than whoever I’m playing with. My ping is usually anywhere between 10-60. This past week every server has perpetually shown 999 ping no matter what I do. It’s not my internet as that runs at a consistent 400 Mbps on all different speed testers. I really only play vanilla so I know it isn’t a problem with mods. My friends are also able to hop on just fine as well.
I’ve flushed my DNS
Done a network reset
Changed firewall settings
Changed my VPN multiple times
Changed my Antivirus program
Deleted and reinstalled
Cleared basically any cache I could
Every post I’ve seen online with a similar issue is unresolved or was posted at least a year ago. Do I just need to delete the game, stop playing, and take the financial loss?
