First time degoogling with on stock Android

Here it is! I'm new to this movement, but I've always been passionate about open source. Recently, I picked up a used Moto G84 and decided to dive headfirst into ditching Google.

This is my current progress. I used Canta along with Universal Android Debloater Next Generation to remove all the packages they consider safe, plus a few advanced ones.

My banking apps don't show up because they're frozen with Hail. My next step is to ditch Gmail for good; I'm still looking for alternatives. I'm pretty basic when it comes to email, so I'm open to suggestions.

YouTube is modded with Morphe. I know it's not ideal, but of everything I've tried, it's what I like the most (got tired of opening a video and having it crash randomly). Plus, I set it up pretty minimal and aggressive—no recommendations, no shorts, no algorithm.

I'm self-hosting some apps on my ZimaOS, which I set up recently after scoring a dead old laptop dirt cheap. I'm really into this whole thing too, and I just kick myself for not getting into it sooner haha

As for Google apps, the only ones I still can't get rid of are Wallet, Snapseed, and YouTube. I had to keep Google Play Store and Play Services because some apps (mainly banking ones in my country) require being installed through them. Since I'm new to this, I'm not sure how to fix it—should I configure something in MicroG RE or Aurora Store, or should I just leave it?

Right now, I'd say my setup is pretty modest, but I'm planning to level up soon until I'm completely free of Google. I'll be around checking out what you all have to share and learning more every day.

One last thing—I decided to stick with the stock Motorola ROM for convenience. If you've got any tips on open source apps that could replace something on my list, or any general advice and suggestions for something a bit more advanced I could remove (without breaking my phone haha), I'd really appreciate it.
