Where domain hunters compare notes

ALL ONLINE LOAN APPS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN, BANNED, AND BLOCKED ASAP.

These OLAs are NOT helping people. These apps are doing far more harm than good. They don’t provide real financial relief. They trap people deeper in debt, exploit those who are already struggling, and cause more stress, fear, and suffering:

Na-de-depress ang mga tao dahil sa utang kasi walang pambayad, walang income, at wala nang way out.

• May mga nag-suicide dahil sobrang na-depress, nahiya, na-trauma, at na-harass dahil pinopost online, tinatakot, minumura, at hina-harass. Buong araw, kada segundo, tinatawagan at minemessage ang borrower, pati lahat ng nasa contact list niya.

Nagiging cycle ang pangungutang. Dahil sobrang dali makahiram, hiram nang hiram na lang. Instead of looking for sustainable income or work, lalo lang nadadagdagan ang utang.

They act like they know they can get away with it because they know investigations and raids take time.

If you’re part of the borrower’s contact list, kahit hindi ikaw ang nilagay na reference, pwede kang tawagan, i-message, pagbantaan, o ipahiya. OLAs can potentially access contacts, photos, and other personal information.

By the time action is taken, ang dami nang biktima.

• And even if ma-shut down or ma-raid ang isang OLA, another app or website can easily appear. One owner can operate multiple OLAs under different names. Mag-change lang ng pangalan, gumawa ng bagong app or website, same people, same system.

You shut down one, another one appears.

OLAs are like mushrooms. You can’t just keep cutting what’s above the ground. You have to kill the ROOT.

Dapat hindi lang yung company ang habulin. Trace the actual owners, operators, agents, collectors, and everyone directly involved in abusive or illegal collection practices.

If they knowingly participate in threats, harassment, public shaming, privacy violations, intimidation, and other abusive collection practices, they should face serious criminal consequences under the law. CAPITAL PUNISHMENT para sa kanilang lahat!

Kailangan din mag-coordinate ang NBI, SEC, CICC, at other government agencies with Apple, Google, ISPs, domain registrars, hosting providers, and other platforms para mas mabilis ma-identify at ma-block ang illegal lending operations.

Kahit SEC-registered pa sila, it doesn’t automatically mean na ethical or legal ang collection practices nila. Registration should never be an excuse for harassment, predatory lending, or privacy violations.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter kung ano ang pangalan ng company or app.

The real problem is the predatory and abusive lending system.

Yes, we understand that utang should be paid. Borrowers have responsibilities too. But that does NOT give these OLAs the right to:

• charge ridiculously high interest rates
• give extremely short repayment periods, sometimes as short as 4 days without you knowing (misleading to what they advertised like 180 days)
• harass borrowers even before the due date
• threaten and intimidate people
• publicly shame borrowers
• contact and harass innocent family members, friends, and coworkers
• violate the privacy of people who have NOTHING to do with the loan

Maraming friendship ang nasisira. Maraming napapahiya sa trabaho. Maraming pamilya ang naaapektuhan. All because someone’s number happened to be in a borrower’s contact list.

These companies are causing unnecessary stress, humiliation, fear, and harassment, especially to vulnerable people who are already struggling financially.

The Philippine government should prioritize legitimate banks and properly regulated local financial institutions that have real business presence, physical offices, legal compliance, consumer protection, and ethical standards.

To end this problem and give people peace:

SHUT THEM ALL DOWN.
BAN THEM.
BLOCK THEM.

NO MORE PREDATORY OLAs IN THE PHILIPPINES. STOP THE HARASSMENT!

No more hiding behind endless apps, websites, different company names, and disposable operations.

People who run businesses like this are evil, don’t seem to have a conscience. They’re cruel, heartless, and completely willing to hurt people for money. Mga demonyo na kasi sila, pati mga agents and collectors who knowingly work for them and participate in the harassment.

We all know karma exists, and God is watching. And karma doesn’t always come in the way you expect. Every action has consequences, and one day, you will have to answer for everything you’ve done.

You may escape the law here on Earth. You may hide behind money, connections, companies, or other people. But you cannot hide from God, and you cannot escape His judgment.

To the owners, investors, any government agencies or employees/officials who are backing or enabling these businesses, and the agents/employees working for these scumbags: imagine God is watching and standing right in front of you habang ginagawa mo lahat ng harassment na ’yan. He sees every threat, every humiliation, every person you hurt, and every peso you profit from someone else’s desperation.

Then He looks at you and asks:

“What are you doing?”

What are you going to say?

Because one day, there will be no excuses, no connections, no money, and no one else to blame. Just you, your actions, and the truth.

TO THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT:

SHUT THEM ALL DOWN.
BAN THEM.
BLOCK THEM.
ACT ASAP.

KAWAWA NA ANG MGA TAO.
