Hello, F25 this side. I'm currently working as a technical support engineer for WordPress and looking to switch the work profile or domain considering the future of WordPress. In the current role, I handle technical queries related to WordPress, DNS, email deliverablity, PHP, and JS. And I have worked with AWS, and a bit of MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. So, the closest switch appears to be either with MongoDB or SQL. But given some time of preparation, Salesforce will also work.
I completed my BTech in '24 with CSE from a tier 2 college and my current package is close to 20LPA. I would really appreciate any guidance or suggestion where should I go next. Should I go with technical support engineer at mongoDB and Salesforce or any other related profiles or go with MTech for better pay?
