I am currently using a free ControlD legacy resolver address for adblocking inside Tailscale, and it works good. The only thing I was wondering about: If I switch to Technitium or PiHole or AdGuard Home or something like NextDNS and then connect it to my Tailscale, will any of these be able to block ads that are enabled within apps? (Not talking about YouTube)
I think these in-app ads are called something like Google AdMob or something similar.
