I'm trying to transfer my .com domain away from Webmasters, but I've run into a problem before I can even start the transfer.
Webmasters recently changed their domain control panel. When I try to manage my domain, the control panel does not recognize the domain.
I have submitted a support ticket asking for the EPP/authentication code. Their response was not helpful, and I have not received the information needed to proceed. My domain is still active and the existing DNS and email are working.
What is the best way to get the EPP code and unlock the domain when the current registrar's domain-control system isn't working?
I'm particularly concerned about doing this without disrupting the existing DNS or email.
Has anyone here actually transferred a domain away from Webmasters under these circumstances?
