I have DNS. Should I get a septorhinoplasty or just just septoplasty?

I have DNS and it disfigured my nose. It makes it look very crooked. But I have this doubt that if only septoplasty can make it straight or do I need septorhinoplasty instead? I only want to straighten the nose and have no other wishes to change how it appears. It's only the crooked part and how one side of the nose looks longer than the other from the side profile. Can someone or a professional please advise on this case?
