A customer support ticket came in from somebody who ordered from what they thought was our shopify store. The domain's different but almost everything else is copied, same product pages, same photos, same descriptions. They even lifted our 'about us' page and and just changed the names, and the copycat store is live and taking payments right now. I am fuming.
We've already filed with the host and reported the store through shopify, but I have no idea how long either route is gonna take. and I'm also worried the whole thing just pops back up under another domain once this one gets killed. How would you handle this if it were your store?
