Where domain hunters compare notes

I built CiteRank to separate being named from being cited

CiteRank checks whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Claude cite your product when buyers ask questions.

I kept running into a misleading version of AI visibility. A model can type your brand into an answer without linking your site, or it can link your site while competitors appear more often. Those outcomes need different fixes.

CiteRank records three states for each question and engine. Cited means the engine linked a page on your domain. Named means it typed your brand into the answer without linking you. Absent means neither happened. The report also shows which competitor domains were cited and which third party pages those engines read.

The product asks your questions once a week and sends one report on Monday. Solo costs $5 per month for one product, ten questions, and ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Founder costs $12 for three products, twenty-five questions, and all five engines. Studio costs $19 for six products and fifty questions.

This measures the answer, it does not change what an engine says. The useful follow-up is usually finding the pages that mentioned competitors and working out how to be included there.

The correction I would find useful is whether separating cited, named, and absent matches how you evaluate AI visibility, or whether one of those states needs a different definition.
