Reduce ping

my ping has gone up since they implementeds the anti-cheat, i used to have around 20 or 30, but now its 60. ive spoken to my isp and everything is fine, ive also tried changing dns settings and so on, but nothing works. the only thing left to try is swapping the ethernet cable for a new one, but i dont think thats the problem becouse i changed it like a year and a half ago. i searched info of this and it happened to people but no one knows how to fix it. i tried to unistall and install again to. please help me <3
