I notice that many people are encountering error 1.000.7 in the launcher and on the Rockstar website. Since enabling a VPN or syncing the system time doesn't work for many, I’ve found a solution to this problem.
To fix this, you need to download 1.1.1.1 (https://one.one.one.one/) and configure the traffic and DNS settings within it.
